This is a small-scale water park, and the water activities are more suitable for children below 12 years old. Other than that, there are very limited entertainment options within the hotel, so it may feel a bit boring after some time. The lobby and restaurant are located on the ground floor and are not air-conditioned, only equipped with fans, which can feel quite warm, especially during the day. The food tastes good, but the variety is more limited than what some reviews suggest. The room setup could be improved, as there was limited space for luggage. The mattresses were quite soft—comfortable for children, but less suitable for adults, especially those who prefer firmer support. The bunk bed design may also not be ideal for younger children, as the upper level has relatively large gaps. The bathroom ventilation could be improved, as there was a noticeable odor at times. Soundproofing is also quite weak, so noise from outside or nearby rooms can be heard. If you are planning to bring children just to enjoy the water area, one night stay should be sufficient. There is limited shaded space, so it’s advisable to bring your own umbrella or sun protection. Overall, it was an average stay. It may be suitable for a short family trip, but I would probably not return.

I had a wonderful family stay at Quest Hotel Midport Port Dickson. I arrived at around 4:00 PM, and the check-in process was quick and smooth. The hotel even offered a complimentary late check-out during check-in, which was a pleasant surprise. I booked the Suite, and it was incredibly spacious. My daughter absolutely loved running around the room, and the bathtub was a nice addition for a relaxing stay. The view from the room was stunning, overlooking both the golf course and the sea. The highlight of this hotel is definitely the kids' pool. It's like a mini water theme park with plenty of water play features. There's even a dedicated baby pool with water only around ankle height, making it very safe for toddlers. My daughter had so much fun running around and playing there. Even though the hotel was quite busy, the pool area still felt spacious and never seemed overcrowded. The only downside is that there isn't an adult swimming pool within the hotel itself. If you want to use the adult pool, you'll need to take the hotel's buggy to the golf club, which isn't the most convenient option. Breakfast was decent, although the variety was somewhat limited. During weekends, however, it can get very crowded. We had to queue for a table before entering the restaurant, and at one point, even clean plates had run out due to the large number of guests. If possible, I'd recommend visiting on weekdays or during off-peak periods to enjoy a much more relaxed breakfast experience. Overall, the spacious suite and fantastic kids' pool are what truly make this hotel stand out. If you're travelling with young children and looking for a family-friendly getaway in Port Dickson, Quest Hotel Midport is definitely worth considering.

Stayed during school holidays, hotel very crowded. Front desk staff were efficient and patient to handle arriving guest. Received room key at 3pm, room cleanliness could be improved, as there was dust and hair on the floor. Towel were not in the room but we're delivered within 10 minutes after request. After heavy rain overnight, many dead insects were found around lobby and restaurant the next morning. Staff were cleaning, but the affected area was quite large and not fully cleared before breakfast time. The water park was the highlight and provide great experience. With breakfast and water park access included in the room rate, it offered excellent value for money. Would stay again.

Good: The best point is the very reasonable room price, especially since it includes breakfast for 6 people. I really hope the hotel can maintain this kind of pricing. The bed arrangement was very satisfying. We were given 3 queen beds, which were very comfortable and suitable for 5–6 people in one room. Average: The location is quite far from basic necessities such as restaurants, grocery shops, and of course the beach. The air-conditioning was cold, but it did not fully cover the entire room, especially the bunk bed area. It felt warm at night because there was no proper airflow reaching that section. The room floor was slightly sandy/dusty. However, after we requested assistance, the cleaner came to sweep the floor/carpet/sofa again. Overall, the holiday was very enjoyable for the children (ages 6–13), especially because of the swimming pool provided. They really enjoyed it!

Great time for kids under 12 to play at Splashpark. Spacious rooms with wonderful view of the sea. Good selection for the breakfast buffet. Location quite far from common eateries in Telok Kemang. Lifts can be overcrowded when checking out at noon.
