Apartemen Sayana harapan indah by Welcome Room

I came here for business propose that need to stay nearby this area. I checked in passed 11PM, and it was really hard to contact the staff for check in This properti has good location, safe, and can find food nearby. Unfortunately, my stay was not comfortable due to cleanliness issues. I found dirty bed sheets stored inside the cabinet, and bed sheets that we use had holes in them. The room also smelled of cigarette smoke, which was very unpleasant. Additionally, the pillow was extremely thin and not appropriate for a proper rest. Overall, the room condition did not meet basic cleanliness and comfort standards. I hope the management can improve these aspects for future guests.

Fasilitas gedung juara (kolam renang & playground bersih, view bagus). Kamar mandi sebenarnya lumayan bersih, tapi sayang wastafel dapur bau saat dipakai. Kondisi unit lainnya mengecewakan: sprei kusam, bantal dekil, dan kasur amblas. Pelayanan juga buruk: satpam dan staf kunci tidak ramah, plus parkir harus bayar lagi. Ada miskomunikasi durasi sewa sampai digedor di hari pertama, padahal pesan 2 hari. Untung cuma menginap 2 hari di sini🤯

I stayed there for 3 days. Nothing good at all accept outside of the room. Apartment outside I'd good but welcome room is handling very poorly. Mattress, pillows worse even i got pain in my body. First room he gave me was worse, 2nd room he gave looks like nothing there , no hot water, no stove even back door was wide open coz can't close so sound of air was bothering beside safety issu. 2nd day one man was sleeping, they opened the door with duplicate copy when I asked the responsible person, he said we dont have 2nd key but later one he accepted that it was misunderstanding.
