클룽쿵 타워 호텔

Unfortunately, this hotel is very disappointing. I booked through Agoda, but the room they initially gave me was not cleaned, and the bedsheets had been used by previous guests, which is shameful. That turned out to be the only room with both a hot shower and Wi-Fi; other rooms lacked hot water, Wi-Fi, or both. After a lot of back and forth, the staff finally cleaned that single decent room. The hotel itself is old and severely lacks maintenance. The faucet was broken, and the water pressure was extremely low. To make matters worse, the room was full of dust, ants, and "plaster bagworms" everywhere. It was a truly catastrophic stay! It's a shame because the location is good, but the owner needs to do a serious deep cleaning and renovation if they care about their business.
