Even though the parking lot isn't very big at all, and the furnishings of the rooms aren't conducive for longterm stays, the staff members and the cleanliness of the premises are more than welcoming and make up for the aforementioned shortcomings....for longterm stays, that is. Daisy and Elce are really instrumental in assisting with the welcoming of each client/patron and the gentlemen who are responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of the rooms are diligent and attentive.

On the first day of our stay, the hotel felt somewhat creepy, and the room did not even have a desk. After resting for a while, we discovered in the evening that there was no hot water when we tried to shower. The front desk informed us that there were no available rooms to switch to. Later, we were offered another room that was still under renovation with fresh paint, which was not acceptable. After multiple discussions, they eventually moved us to a different room that appeared normal. However, this room initially had a clogged toilet, which somehow resolved itself later. I do want to acknowledge that the front desk staff member tried his best to help and was polite throughout the process. That said, the overall stay quality was disappointing. The soundproofing is extremely poor, and the hotel clearly struggles with basic facility maintenance. Given the lack of hot water, construction rooms being offered to guests, and overall poor room conditions, it is difficult to understand how this property is rated as a three-star hotel. If you are considering staying in this area, I would strongly recommend choosing a well-known chain such as Holiday Inn or Best Western for a more reliable and comfortable experience.

This hotel has done some work to improve their reputation and that includes the aesthetic; the floors and the bathrooms are upgraded and clean. Beds are high, sheets are pretty standard. The rooms are tiny and honestly it should be a little cheaper. Staff: overnight male desk is friendly and pleasant, dresses well and makes the place look nice; the woman working during the day is rude, unpleasant and had an attitude. Not the best look. Cleaning staff was nice and helpful. There's no breakfast, vending machines need to be restocked.... Overall it isn't the worst place especially since the location is close enough to downtown flushing and all the public amenities that it entails but it's a block or two away from the total congestion so it's a bit quieter, it also has a small parking lot
