Place is decent, clean and comfortable to stay. Access to beach is cool vth buggy facility.. N beach access is private for resort and is neat and safe with life guards n security!! Where as food is a big scam. They charge a bomb on buffet as we are left vth no option.. Because we cant go out as options are very minimal around the resort and alakart is expensive too and takes ages to get the order.. Especially wen travelling vth children food is big issue if we r depending on resort food.. Front desk Staff are least considerate about our struggles. They refuse to see our face or answer if we ask for certain help..

Stay at Golden Sands has been an amazing experience. The ambience of the hotel has been beyond expectations. Rooms decent and neat, view from the hotel,amenities at the hotel till the beach are truly memorable one. One flipside I would say is that the dinner buffet at hotel though it's chargeable seems to be overpriced for the menu they provide. At 1200/- per person as buffet the menu should have been better with multiple options being provided. Food wasn't worth Rs 1200/- items wise though the staff has been polite. Menu options should have been more at that rate.

Went fro celebrate anniversary with my family the stay was decent. I staff are very supportive and friendly. I would like to appreciate Vijay who was MOD that day arranged honey moon setup in room although last moment request even housekeeping team made it possible thanks for making our dad memorable. I would like to thank Venkat bell boy who was very helpful and friendly. Suggestion - improve guest experience because in hospitality that is very important guest should be treated at most priority Since it is new property they should work more on guest experience. Thank you team for sure will come back again wish to see soon.

Pros: The location was really nice, ample parking space, decent breakfast spread, buggy service to the private beach, pool was clean. Cons: Check-in, not so smooth - there were delays (but they allowed us to checkout a little late which made up for it). The batteries in TV remote were not working. The major issue was with the room service, they got us wrong orders on three different occasions, yes, out of our 4 orders. In one of the orders, they used noodles in Aglio e Olio pasta. They even tried to sell me ice without a bill, employing shady practices at a hotel. It was a huge bummer.

Property is at super awesome location. Always look for room with beach view. it gives a pleasant experience. However the service of the staff is extremely slow. No one owns the tasks given. You should be ready to give minimum 5 reminders for room service and it will take minimum 45 minutes for the person to come to deliver. For every small thing including Tea, coffee, iron, toothpaste, towel etc the minimum TAT time for the staff to come is 45 time which irritates a lot. During the breakfast time also you need to remind the waiters multiple times that you asked for either ketchup or salt or tissues. Seems like the staff is new and they need to learn to service the guests. If the above improves or you are ready to bear the pain for the above, this is the best property to go and stay.
