The food was really good, and they put in extra effort to make our dining experience special. Sahil and Rakesh deserve a special mention for their hospitality. The only thing we felt was missing was a recreational area for kids and temprature controlled pool. Apart from that, everything else was just perfect. Overall, a lovely stay and definitely a place we’d recommend for a quiet getaway.

Amazing Property, Staff and Service.....

We usually associate ITC with luxury, and because of the amount they charge, we naturally expect exceptional service and high standards. My wife and I have been staying at and exploring ITC properties for the past year. But this time, we were genuinely disappointed. We kept asking ourselves why we had spent so much money, because this turned out to be one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had. We booked a premium category room, but the sofa was covered with hair, and there was hair all over the room. The bathtub was broken as well. Even the ITC staff member who escorted us to our room noticed it himself and said, “I’ll get this fixed.” We stayed there for three days, and no one ever came to repair it. It didn’t stop there. At the restaurant, the staff member serving breakfast and dinner was picking his nose and then serving guests. The chairs and sofas in the outdoor seating area were so dirty that it felt like we were staying in a cheap budget hotel rather than a luxury property. Everything I’m saying is backed by photos and videos. I’m sharing this because I don’t want others to waste their hard-earned money the way we did. After all of this, the receptionist, Chandani, acted as if she was doing us a huge favor by offering a ₹250 discount. Our total bill was around ₹1.5 lakh, and they thought a ₹250 discount was an appropriate response. It was honestly laughable. I’m sharing my experience because the hotel doesn’t bear the loss—we, the customers, do. Please don’t choose this property expecting proper hygiene or luxury. This is my sincere request to everyone.
