stayed at Raia Beach Resort Port Dickson for a short family getaway. The location is excellent with easy access to the beach, and the atmosphere is peaceful and suitable for relaxation. The room was also comfortable and provided a satisfying stay experience. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The housekeeping service was satisfactory, but the cleanliness of the room, especially the bathroom area, could be given more careful attention. The breakfast buffet offered a fairly varied selection of local dishes, but the taste was average and some items took time to be replenished during peak hours. In addition, the parking area is rather limited, especially at night or when the hotel is full. It can be quite difficult to find a parking space and sometimes you may need to park quite far from the hotel building. Overall, this hotel offers good value for money and is suitable for those looking to enjoy a beachside holiday. With improvements in parking management, housekeeping consistency, and the breakfast buffet experience, staying here would certainly be even better.

1. Lokasi: kedai2 makan lunch & dinner sangat dekat. Hotel betul2 sebelah pantai Teluk Kemang. 2. Hotel ada access card ke public beach Telok Kemang. Selesa untuk mandi di pantai n ada tempat untuk rinse pasir di hotel. 3. Breakfast: Biasa. 4. Room: bersih, selesa. Tapi sangat disagree dengan agoda recommend fmly with a small child to have a superior twin room. Katil dia single yg size kecik.. at least kena amik deluxe family room. Masing2 kena ada space masing2.

Pros: a)Very comfortable bed and pillows. b)Spacious room and bathroom, though the layout is slightly awkward. c)Good value for a beachfront hotel, with only a 2-minute walk to the beach. d)Helpful and friendly staff. e)Well-equipped room with iron and ironing board, kettle, sejadah, and toiletries. f)Room comes with a balcony. g)Good security, as beach access requires a room access card, so facilities are not shared with non-guests. Cons: a)Not wheelchair-friendly. If you are traveling with a wheelchair-bound family member or friend, request a ground-floor room as there is no lift (the building is only two storeys). b)The swimming pool is still under construction and is expected to be ready next year (as informed by the front office). c)Access to the beach is slightly challenging due to ongoing construction, which again is not suitable for wheelchair users. d)Breakfast is quite simple with limited variety. A live egg station would be a nice addition. During peak season, expect delays in food replenishment at breakfast.

A lot of rave abt Raia on TT, decided to join the wave. came on a peak school & public holiday. we arrvd at abt 4pm, check in was a breeze, FO explained all the needful. cash deposit of rm100 is needed. only 2 level, they do have a lift but only on 1 or 2 connecting blocks. the pool was great, the breakfast was average, the access to Teluk Kemang beach was direct. Only downside 1. the stairs 2. room is rather small for the price 3. single bed size is slim/thin 4. a lot of mosquito in the room. parking is available. there is a hotpot dinner offer for guests. we may return when the price is better. i would rate them as 3 star hotel.
