The location is good and although you're close to the A12 you can't hear it. The linen was clean, the towels looked brand new as did the double shower. It's basic but clean and if all you need is a convenient night's sleep, you won't get better VFM than this. Have already booked our next stay.

Basic, clean, VFM, and for its location very close to the A12, very quiet
In these days of everything being bonkersly expensive, you won't do better than stay here if all you need is clean and basic. Linen, mattresses and towels (you may have to ask for an additional towel) are exceedingly clean, the bathrooms are brand new, there's a TV, kettle and tea and coffee. It's basic, but if all you want is a comfortable night's sleep, this is great value for money. It's also really quiet considering it's very close to the A12. It is being 'done up' so don't let first impressions put you off. Luxurious it isn't, clean and good VFM it certainly is.
