Castelo Inn is a new and well maintained hotel with good services and friendly staff.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the location is very convenient, especially for those visiting Apollo Adlux Hospital. My family and I stayed for 10 nights, and throughout our stay, the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Their warm hospitality made us feel like we were staying in a home rather than a hotel. My children especially loved the place, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The combination of comfortable rooms, a convenient location, and such wonderful staff made our experience truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for families with children looking for a comfortable place to stay near Apollo Adlux Hospital. That level of personal care is rare! ​Equally wonderful were Jyoti and Simi at the restaurant, who greeted us every morning during breakfast with the warmest, most radiant smiles and made sure our day started on a bright note. ​For a comfortable, stress-free stay with outstanding guest service across every department, I couldn't recommend Castello Inn more highly. Very neatly maintained and tastefully designed. Located at the middle of the city, near to CIAL, yet the room windows opens to a lush greenery (nutmeg orchard I guess) and that was a wonderful surprise. One small thing which I would suggest to the management: the water had a slight processed feel/taste. Would be great if you can sort that out! Overall, a pleasant stay. Would happily recommend.
