노바 호텔 JFK

It’s a new property, staff is good. I stayed for one night. Before booking on Agoda I make sure free parking but at hotel reception said they don’t have it so I had to pay $ 31/- for a night parking. 2ed experience it was so hot in the night I was sweating called to hotel help they did change room temperature but nothing changed there was some issue in air control locking system overall had bad experience

My complaint is that how come in 2026 you treat your customers like 2nd class citizens... how come there's not even a small table in the room to place my food and my belongings. I can send you pictures of my food on the floor

Only a few little details were a bit annoying (like the sink plug that we couldn't make stay up, Aircon too cold in the evening) but rather because we're not used to it. Otherwise the room was nicely furnished and sparkling clean. Excellent value for money if you need a place near to JFK. Aldi just across the street.

You get what you pay for. No frills, low budget room. Was clean but not throughly. But for a solo traveler just trying to stay near jfk and not pay too much for a room it was fine and I will go again next time I fly to the area.

Room is really small; television mounted really high and the mattress uncomfortable.
