Worst Experience
I booked this room for *** The reason for my booking was to peacefully work till evening 7 and then planned to attend a reception . my day was completed spoiled due to this location No power till evening 5PM DUE TO WHICH NO AC NO SWITCH BOARDS WERE WORKING They didn’t even take a measure to get that resolved . The moment I entered they didn’t even say a word about this of informed I might have immediately vacated and switched to another location .. after confirming my boooking I myself questioned them about this power outage then they came to rescue which doesn’t even work. Due to the emergency situation and the tiredness of my travel I couldn’t make a complaint or even ask for a refund to find a better property . The *** which I spent to this property is not at all worthy. I make all my bookings though Agoda and this is the first time am facing this . Kindly make necessary checks to avoid this again

Please do not stay here
This is the worst room I have ever seen. Please don’t waste your money by coming here. Don’t even come near this place with your family or children. As soon as we opened the room, there was a strong smoking and cigarette smell—it was so bad it made us feel like vomiting. We really struggled to sleep through the night. Please don’t bring your children here and suffer like we did. In the morning, there wasn’t even hot water available for bathing. We had to bathe in cold water as a family—even my 5-year-old child had to use cold water. This room is extremely, extremely bad. Please, no one should come here. Don’t visit this place at all. Finally, the toilet was in an extremely horrible condition—even a dog wouldn’t go inside. It smelled terrible, and the entire place was very dirty and unhygienic. This one night stay is something I will never forget in my life because of how bad it was. The room, bathroom, and even the parking situation were all in a very poor and disgusting state.
