The staff were attentive, polite, and quick to help with any request, which made a noticeable difference when travelling with a young child. The room was tidy, the amenities were reliable, and the overall atmosphere felt calm and safe. The location was convenient for accessing nearby stores and restaurants, yet quiet enough to relax without disturbance. The hotel maintained good hygiene standards throughout, including in common areas, which added to our comfort. Our child settled in well, and the stay felt smooth from check-in to checkout. A pleasant, family-friendly place to stay in Pallom.

Comfortable stay

For the price the stay was extremely good. Hotel staff were very good. Stay was comfortable. The Hotel is new and very clean. Very tasty food and nice restaurant staff. Security personal was very good. Overall, I liked the environment and would definitely come back

Nice and neat place with a class restaurant

The rooms were top class for the price offered! Located in the main road easy accessible and ample parking space! They also have the restaurant that serves yummy food.
