I loved this location on my motorcycle trip, language barrier was diffucult but doable with Google Translator. Staff were wonderful, it was very quiet, the room was huge, and dinner was served in a riverside restaurant. Lovely

Staff is not professional and miscommunication everything, we’d ordered lunch and taxi service before we arrived but nothing is ready, especially lunch not until 2 hours later and we waited starving. When we reminded the staff, they have no idea what we are talking about because they didnt pass the information to the one who on shift. Luckily we have the text message as proofs. Thanks to them were late for our trekking tour although we kept asking them to call or change another taxi. They forgot to book the taxi service for us as required and it can’t be re-booked quickly. What a mess!!

I had a great stay at Orchard Home Nam Cat Tien Resort. The resort offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, surrounded by nature. The outdoor spaces are well maintained. The staff was friendly and accommodating. However, there were a few minor areas for improvement, such as room amenities or service speed.
