Exceptional food at Yak & Yeti and their sister restaurant.
We can highly recomend Yak & Yeti, value for money accommodation, clean good size room friendly staff. The food at Yak & Yeti and their sister restaurant is amazing.. Would be difficult to find better.

Yak & Yeti warm & welcoming
Single traveller, single bed room, cosy with welcoming feel room. Plenty of in room tea/coffee, bottled water & biscuits! Was a hot day and a fan was already on in the room to cool it down, a good thoughtful touch. To the rear is a sun deck and pub garden (Plenty of shade!) Restaurant is an indo fusion menu, recommend the fish specials. Two night stay (so far) so will be exploring the menu again this evening. The staff are very good, very helpful.

Expensive, and breakfast not included
Just back from a 2 night stay. Room and facilities were OK. We paid *** for one room with a double and two singles, which I thought was expensive. We also had to pay for breakfast at an additional cost of £10 per person. Room was at the front of the property and was quite noisy at night with the usual boy racer going past. BBC1 on television in room 1 wasn’t working.

Overnight stay
From the moment I parked the car on the car park all staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was small but only a single room so didn’t really need to be any bigger for what I wanted as it was just an overnight stay. Room was very clean and smelt lovely, bed and pillows were very very comfortable. Didn’t try the food but it smelt and looked amazing. Would definitely stay there again. Only a 5 minute walk from town centre is a perfect location
