Hlín Guesthouse

Last min booked this place as stranded due to road block. Got the 3 beds with own bathroom attached, with a shared well equiped kitchen at the ground floor. Caught the northern light!

My partner and I stayed here for one night yesterday. We arrived at 7:30 and noticed how well equipped the facilities are. We immediately turned on the heating in our room as it’s cold outside and set about making dinner. Two hours later we noticed our room still hasn’t heated up and the radiator heater was still cold. I contacted management and they suggested using a portable heater, however the heater was missing and management diligently came by to facilitate a change of room which was very much appreciated. By this time it’s 10pm and our new room is also cold. The host switched on heating for this room, but similar to the first room, our new room also didn’t heat properly. This continued all night and the radiator heater never heated sufficiently. We woke the following morning freezing in negative 8 degrees weather. In this case, I appreciate the host’s efforts to help our circumstances but our room and the property was unsatisfactory and completely cold. This property is in desperate need of maintenance to repair the heating, especially in such a cold country. I will be seeking compensation for the dissatisfactory stay.

링로드 돌며 묵었던 숙소 중 최악이었습니다.. 우선 체크인 관련 안내를 받지 못했고 리셉션도 없어서 전화를 걸어 물어봐야했어요. 건물은 너무 추웠고 공용 주방은 지저분하고 공용 욕실의 온수는 한참 기다려야 나왔어요. 기대했던 핫 텁은 이용할 수 없었고 침구류가 더러워서 끔찍했습니다.

Kitchen was so large. Not lighting in room was not enough.
