The place itself is clean but by no means hi end, the air can feel a bit stagnant until you vent the room, but trust me it's all worth it for the reception service, location and price. The service is incredibly helpful, I've been to 15 countries on 3 continents and this host stands out. You want a well priced activity, rent a bike, airport transfer or a minibus to another town without being ripped off? Just ask the receptionist. I am usually a problematic guest with a lot of requests, and they do everything here with a smile. I'm positively surprised. This is the single reason I extend my stay by another 7 days here. Again please have realistic expectations on the room, they're clean and neat but not modern not new, but it's well worth it for the hospitality and the price tag, it's a bargain.

Nice little Hotel
I stayed there 3 nights and it was really nice. The room is not spacious, but totally enough and very clean. Every morning there is a nice little breakfast with a few different options. You also can get drinking water and the staff is really friendly and helpful, they can organise tours or motorbike rent and they can call a transport to the railway station. Would definitely stay here again and totally recommend it.

Clean - Awesome Management
Great value for the stay. I booked for one night and extended for 3 nights more. The hostel owner is a sweet gem. I couldn't get access to ATM, so I needed to convert thai bhat and the owner was very very reasonable about the conversion fee. I also got tickets from her during my stay here and it all worked out comfortably. Highly recommend!

Amazing stay
I had an amazing stay in this comfortable guesthouse. The room I stayed in was super clean, big enough with a desk to work on, socket near the bed and I was lucky to have a room with an amazing view. It’s a short walk into town, but nice that it’s not too crowded. Staff is very friendly and speaks good English, helped me with booking a ride to the train station.
