To be honest, I wasn't sure if I should visit the Maldives, because I just focused on the resortislands and didn't want to be "captured" there. So I found this piece of heaven on a lokal island. Not only the accommodation is wonderful and directly at a beautiful beach (a lot of animals visit the beach), the team is awesome. They do everything they can to make your stay unforgettable!!! Thank you so much!!!

In world full of fake reviews, I often look for reviews that include both positive and negative aspects as these are often the most genuine. However, in this instance I am struggling to say anything negative - hopefully anyone reading will feel the honesty in my words. Never have we experienced such warmth and friendliness upon arriving at any hotel, guesthouse or homestay as we received at Dhamana Beach. The photos don’t do the place justice - the rooms are lovely, the property is so close to the beach that you can hear waves as you lay in bed at night. The small beach is right opposite the property and they look after it very well, making it an idyllic spot to have meals (delicious meals cooked by the chef who adapted to our vegetarian needs). Enzo and the whole team are a top group of guys who will make sure your stay is unforgettable. We miss you guys! X

We loved our stay at Dhamana Beach. The staff was wonderful, and totally attentive. The room was spacious, comfortable, with a mini fridge, hot water in the shower, and working AC. The internet was pretty good, although a little intermittent. The location was great, since it was right across the street from a public beach. The bikini beach was on the other side of the island, but it wasn't a far walk at all. I was impressed with the food, too. It was all pretty delicious, and I particularly enjoyed the Maldivian breakfast. Of the three local islands we've visited, this was by far our favorite, and same with the hotel.

This is a really fantastic place. A little slice of paradise with a little private beach and an onsite chef, who can really cook! We spent most of our time relaxing in the guesthouse, and eating the incredible food! We also did an excursion to the shark point, which was also great. The whole place and all the staff, work like a well oiled machine, friendly and very attentive. We have no complaints at all, and could not have chosen a better place to stay on Mahibadhoo!
