Regenta Resort Sakleshpur

The property in itself is beautiful with some spectacular amenities and facilities for families to enjoy during their stay! The water park is definitely the highlight for families travelling with children who enjoy swimming and play areas - they have amazing infrastructure with slides, waterfalls etc that can be enjoyed by everyone ranging from toddlers to the elderly! The duck and fish feeding daily activity is another awesome part of the stay as it's very exciting and fun for young kids.... Though small suggestion - some areas of the water were a little unclean with a peculiar fishy smell which comes from unclean water or alage growth - so more attention needs to be paid to that. The regular swimming pool however was well maintained and clean. The rooms are nice - just that unfortunately our room had a glitch with the air conditioning and was only properly rectified on the 2nd day of our stay.... Some room freshner and fragrance in the bathrooms would be great for better experience! The restaurant is nice, but again as we went at a time that had uncertainties with regards to LPG supply etc found the buffet menu (both breakfast & dinner) to be quite repetitive and limited to an extent- can't blame the hotel for this. A sincere request to the management - please get some extra staff during peak season and when you expect heavy footfalls - the staff was struggling with service times and attention to guests as they were so few in numbers and over worked. Despite that the staff was making all the efforts and truly appreciate the restaurant staff and a buggy operator whose name I have forgotten who were very kind and helpful to the kids around. Overall an amazing place to consider for a family get away but needs some improvement to make it exceptional!

Resort is good, peaceful, water slides are the highlight of the resort. Rooms are spacious. Food can be better, same spread everyday for lunch, dinner or breakfast. Items are less in the buffet spread and cost is more. Housekeeping staff needs proper training and supervision as they miss out to clean or miss to keep the basic stuffs. Staffs are really good be it in reception area or in the restaurant. They are very humble and soft. spoken.

An excellent holiday destination.. An extraordinary helpful staff.. Only a few drawbacks- Cycles need to be serviced. None of the four cycles were optimally functioning. Musical fountain had same songs everyday which should be changed to keep the guests feel different each day. Food is costlier with limited options.

Nice cute resort with excellent staff. Some nice activities for the family with an engaging and friendly recreation manager. Cons - some cleanliness issues in room bathroom and public toilets. Loud dance music playing throughout the evening and into the night across the resort is disturbing the peace, tranquility and the sounds of nature in this beautiful location. Exorbitantly priced rooms. One can easily get a 5 star room in other resort locations for this price.

Well maintained property with lots of activities to do, especially for kids. The mini water theme park is the value addition in comparison to other resorts, kids are gonna really enjoy this experience. There is a musical fountain as well…The only disappointment was the floor of bathroom, it looked a little dirty…Overall a good experience.
