I had arrived here and did Not realize that the room I had reserved was so small I could barely even get my luggage in the room.. . So I sat in the room for about a hour and reserved a room at a hotel near by and when I emailed them they told me they would not refund my reservation because they said the room was "dirty" Again all I did was sit on the end of the bed for about a hour and left.
