Hotel was good…staff was also co-operative specially the guy pankaj was very polite and helpful. The only problem we found was basic amenities were missing and we had to call for everything which actually wasted lot of our time.. Although after calling they have provided it..

Good points: Rooms are big, they have heaters and bed heaters as well which keeps room warm. Location is near famous Cafe Sissu. almost 2.5 hrs journey to shinkula pass. Bad points: Food - food is average , items were there but taste is not great. not worth booking room with this much amount with breakfast. Staff: room service is slow.

There are three Bulevars in Sissu. Whispering willow is second newest of them all . It has parking facility of around 6 cars. Rooms are clean , washrooms great, view not so good. Food is great. No air conditioners ever required. Overall loved it

This was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had, not because of weather (which is understandable), but because of the hotel manager’s deliberate misguidance, dishonesty, and refusal to take responsibility. Due to severe weather conditions, the hotel was clearly unreachable. This was not just our assessment — multiple local people, drivers, and residents repeatedly told us it was impossible to reach the property and that roads were unsafe/blocked. Despite us informing the hotel manager repeatedly, requesting clarity, and asking honestly whether reaching the hotel was possible, the manager continuously assured us that we would reach without any problem. Based on his false assurances, he pushed us to book an expensive taxi, fully aware of the actual ground reality. As expected, we could not reach the hotel at all. What is truly unacceptable is that: • The manager knowingly misled us, ignoring local warnings • He encouraged unnecessary travel expenses, despite being informed again and again • Once we failed to reach, he flatly refused any refund, even though the failure was entirely due to weather and his misinformation This was not a case of “bad luck due to weather” — it was a case of poor ethics and zero accountability. A responsible hotel would either: • Clearly state that the property is unreachable, or • Offer a refund in good faith Instead, we were left stranded, financially cheated, and deeply disappointed. If you value honesty, safety, and professional conduct, do NOT book this property, especially during uncertain weather conditions. Once they have your money, customer welfare seems to be the least of their concerns. There are plenty of better options run by people who actually respect guests. This place is not worth the stress, loss, or risk.

Beautiful location, clean and very nice rooms! It's a new property, doesn't have game rooms etc. Problem: Food but other places around to go eat
