Nice terrace room on ground floor (no view as at the back of the building, but the advantage is no street noise). Exceptionally clean. Bed is huge and comfortable. Room facilities include clothes hanging space, kettle, coffee maker, safe, microwave, TV, aircon. Staff are helpful and friendly. Only (small gripe) was the slow draining shower, other than that very good!

Beautiful room, tastefully decorated and furnished and looks new. Very large bed, crisp white linen very comfortable. Room serviced every day. Complimentary coffee. WiFi worked well. Great air con. Fabulous waterfall shower, but the bathroom I felt was too small, shame. Outside terrace was fine but overlooked by very close buildings and not an attractive view, so did not use . Lady at the reception helped us check in, very easy. Reception not manned all day only when guests arrive. The building is on a steep hill, and there's no moving stairs. See photo. Great location not far from shops, restaurants and bars. Would recommend.

I really recommend this propert, location wise it was perfect, close to shops & near the Centro Botin. The staff were great, Marie or Marn, unsure of the spelling was like my personal tour guide, so helpful with places to see & things to do! Oscar was so helpful as well with any query I had. Absolutely recommend this accommodation if staying in Santander

Not one for writing reviews. But this place was wonderful. Very easy to find and central to everything. On our extremely late checkin due to delayed flight. We found the receptionist very very polite and super helpful. She went beyond the call of duty to ensure we got fed that night as all the restaurants were closed or closing. She called around and found one that would keep the kitchen open for us. Truly amazing. We loved the decor. Cleanliness and service. Location was excellent. All in all we didn’t want to leave, do we extended our stay. Thank you very much. We will definitely be back as we also loved Santander.
