My stay at Natuna Dive Resort was one of the most memorable experiences I’ve ever had overseas with my dear mother. The staff there treated us like royalty. We stayed for 3 weeks in this idyllic piece of paradise. The resort itself is extremely beautiful with the incredible stone terrain and thoughtful design of the hotel that incorporates these ancient stones into its design, architecture, and serene ambiance. The beach with the stones is breathtaking. The staff went above and beyond in taking care of my mother and I. In particular Ms. Hema was an absolute doll and incredible hostess. She took my mother and I on many trips driving us in her own vehicle to many different excursions. We were pleasantly shocked at the level of generosity and care she took to attend to all our needs. Also, Ms. Vitri and her dear sister Ms. Risa were also extremely kind and generous to us as well. Ms. Vitri would often come with Ms. Hema and my mother and I on the excursions and help us in many thoughtful ways that we will also never forget. In addition, Ms. Herna is the chef in the morning for breakfast whom also kindly serves it and she is the most sweetest, kindest, and lovely lady. Her food was super delicious! It was different every day and fresh. We looked forward to eating breakfast every single day. I would jump out of bed at 6 AM always excited to eat! Also, Mr. Riski & Ms. Tchia were very kind staff members that worked the cafe in the afternoons and we appreciate them also. Especially all the coconuts Mr. Riski opened for us! Mr. Yedi and Mr. Harun were also extremely helpful to my mother and I, we greatly appreciated all their care and help. Mr. Aldo was super nice also, always smiling and greeting my mother and I. And he is super stylish and fashionable! Always had the coolest outfits on! Mr. Bobby the hotel owner we met briefly in our first week. He was the sweetest, kindest, most generous hotel owner we ever had the pleasure of meeting. He gave me his special royalty king Indonesian hat when I complimented him on it. I’ll never forget that kindness, and I look forward to wearing it and showing it off to my people back home! I must say, Mr. Mario the general manager of the hotel was also very kind and hospitable to my mother and I. He was extremely generous and professional and arranged for our room to be upgraded for our supreme comfort.. Very awesome and generous and thoughtful! He also arranged with Ms. Hema for me to go mountain climbing to the top of Mt. Ranai. I went at the very end of my trip. It was a glorious adventure! Ms. Herda and Mr. Sani accompanied me to this excursion and it was the most thoughtful sweetest adventure! I give many thanks to Mr. Sani because he was fasting for Ramadan and couldn’t take water or food. So he was extra strong! I was super impressed! Ms. Herda also accompanied us and she was so sweet and kind and we saw the waterfall also.. it was so beautiful, I went inside of it with her. It was really cool. Ms. Herda was so kind to also give me coconuts to eat from her father and her home because she knew my mother and I love coconuts. I ate so many coconuts from her family’s trees I was having trouble to walk I was so full! And I brought some back to the resort for my dear mother! Also, Ms. Herda met us at the airport to give me a most beautiful birthday cake that she made for my birthday which is in several weeks from now. She drew a picture of a lion on it to represent me because I refer to myself as a lion and I also roar like a lion quite a bit as well. It was so thoughtful and I’ll never forget it. Ms. Hema and Ms. Vitri took my mother and I to the airport also on our last day which was beyond kind and thoughtful. We were overwhelmed with gratitude for them and all the staff at Natuna Dive Resort. Thank you to the moon and back NDR! TERIMA KASIH!!! You guys are the best! Number 1!!!
