Staying at British County Resort in Munnar was an absolute delight! The resort is nestled amidst the most breathtaking natural surroundings you can imagine. The lush green tea plantations and the mist-covered mountains create a tranquil and picturesque setting that instantly transports you to a serene paradise. Every morning, I woke up to the melodious chirping of birds and the fresh mountain air. The resort's location away from the hustle and bustle of the city ensured an undisturbed and peaceful stay. It was the perfect escape from the chaotic city life. One of the highlights of my stay was enjoying a cup of hot tea on the balcony of my room while gazing at the stunning panoramic vistas. The breathtaking sunsets were a sight to behold. I was truly awe-struck by the beauty of nature. The attentive and friendly staff at British County Resort made my stay even more enjoyable. Their warm hospitality and personalized service added a special touch to the overall experience. I felt well taken care of from the moment I arrived until the day of my departure. Nice property
Overall experience was quite encouraging and we would certainly consider staying again. However, we could not enjoy the swimming pool as monkeys frequently occupied the area and were seen taking bath there whenever no one was around. Another inconvenience was the absence of lift facility below the -1 floor level, including access to the swimming pool floor, leaving no other option than using the steep steps for two floors. Nevertheless, the young and active staff members were extremely helpful and always readily available whenever called upon. Food served was really delicious & we enjoyed whenever we had food there. Would wish to come and stay again once the addressed issues are corrected.

Great experience
Location is awesome with beautiful valley view but it's 14km away from munnar center so keep that in mind. infra is also good , only 4 year old property with all new amenities.
