1. The hotel and room is clean 2. Staff it’s ok 3. Breakfast for foreigners poor quality for 5 star hotels 4. Japanese food in roof top poor quality. Wasabi bad quality, sushi and katsu not good. the food menu doesn't have many choices. Overall, my friends and I gave it a 3-star rating. This is a 5-star hotel with a popular name abroad. My suggestion is to make Japanese food and Indonesian food more delicious. Thank you

The hotel was generally good but please do not go to their rooftoop restaurant..with japanese theme food..as it was horrible..the worst japanese food i ever had as it was over sauced with terrible taste and expensive .will never recommend anyone to go there for food but the view was good

Twice I stayed in this hotel but the variety of the jam is so limited. Eg : just blueberry jam, no honey, no strawberry jam, no peanut butter. First time I'd been here, already told to GR, and when the second time, still the same.

Great place and has potential
great place and very nice to relax with family love the breakfast! just one thing, as its considered as premium hotel, they need to fix their hospitality and proffesionalism. some of guest including me overheard the staffs gossiping about the other hotel guest in public room (receptionist). i think they need to understand that it is not proper thing to do.

Short holiday
It was ok. Hotel is nice n new . Staff is friendly. Pillow very old n soft doesn't look like 5⭐️ hotel quality. Pool rather small .
