Good remote place to have peaceful stay. Connecting Roads are under construction so little hastle to reach but overall it is good

When we reached the resort was closed. Management had left 2 guards to inform all those who came to check in. They said there was a transformer failure and there is no light and no water and that we cannot stay there. No one had any courtesy to call us and say that we should not be going there because of certain issues. Not did they inform Agoda who could have informed us

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with a recent booking I made through your platform at The Royal Castle in Rajkot. The experience was not only extremely unpleasant but also had an adverse impact on my health and well-being. Despite having booked the room in advance, there was no staff present at the resort when I arrived. A lone room boy at the reception showed us an extremely unhygienic room. The bathroom was in terrible condition—unclean, foul-smelling, and with a broken jet spray. There were no basic amenities like water or toiletries provided. When we requested a different room due to the unacceptable hygiene standards, we were told there were no other rooms available. However, it was clearly evident that the resort was largely vacant. Upon further insistence, we were given another excuse: that the cleaning staff had gone home and the other rooms weren’t ready. We asked to speak to the manager, but were told she was not answering her calls. After several attempts, we finally managed to reach the manager. Initially, she was reluctant to help and only responded after we mentioned cancelling the booking. She eventually passed the issue on to someone else, stating she wasn’t in a position to make decisions. Another staff member then arrived and, upon hearing our concerns, dismissed them as “not serious.” After some back and forth, he agreed to show us another room, which turned out to be even worse than the first. Left with no other option, we had to reluctantly settle for a subpar room. This entire ordeal ruined our visit and made the money spent feel completely wasted. After a long drive from Delhi, we were expecting a clean and peaceful place to rest, but instead, we waited nearly two hours just to get a basic room. To make matters worse, we were later denied basic services, including food. Additionally, the pictures of the property on your platform are highly misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the rooms. I request that you look into this matter urgently and take appropriate action. I also expect assurance that such properties are vetted more carefully in the future to prevent others from going through a similar experience.

Its so far from city and there is no TV channel facility as they are not charging properly...the way to hotel is so so bad
