Absolutely immaculate and pristine from the moment I arrived. The entire property is breathtakingly beautiful! I was in awe from the moment I walked in. Every detail feels thoughtfully designed and perfectly maintained. I genuinely could not fault a single thing during my stay. The staff members were exceptional, so welcoming, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout. Every single person I encountered was polite, professional, and made me feel incredibly valued and cared for. Their service truly elevated the whole experience. The spa treatment was lush and deeply relaxing pure indulgence from start to finish. It added to the overall feeling of luxury and tranquillity that the hotel radiates. The place truly lives up to its name, it is a palace in every sense of the word. The atmosphere, the elegance, the service, the surroundings… everything feels grand, refined, and special.
