“We came here for 2 days to enjoy our short vacation. I booked one of the suite room. Check in was smooth. However we faced difficulties with our breakfast next day when we went to have our breakfast in the restaurant and breakfast was included with our room but we were informed by the waiter of the restaurant and receiptionist too that our room is not included breakfast. I showed my booking confirmation mail but she stated the same but she allowed me to have breakfast and advised me to come later to check with manager or reservation team. After a while I was passing by receiption and met with manager. The manager told me the same and I have showed him my booking confirmation. Eventually he agreed and apologized for the inconveniences. Apart from these awkward situation the rest everything was smooth. Pool staffs seemed upset or rude . Overall I would recommend it for short vacation. ”

“The room was satisfactory, however, it was quite noisy. It seemed like there was a dance party happening on the floor above us, and the noise was so loud that we couldn't sleep until 3 am. I will not be recommending this hotel to my friends anymore.”

“the staffs are nice approachable and helpful. from reception to housekeeping and bellman. i appreciate their respectful and positive gestures. the location is safe and near to all attractions. the room is clean and spacious. furnitures are old but still ok . the tv is ordinary not smart tv. the hotel is old fashioned but i like most is the view from the pool its relaxing ambiance. i hope they will change tv to smart tv and pool upgrade to heated pool. thank u agoda and elite seef staff. ”
