all is well

Best property, clean and ambiance was good. Cooperative staff, food quality was good Perfect if have early flights

1) Villa - A.C. and fans were not performing well in such hot environment. No plan for energy saving. We have been in such a condition that eventhough AC/Fans running whole day, the room temperature was more than 25 degC (above human comfort level). 2) cockroaches and lizards were moving in bathrooms as well as kitchen area (note: there were no proper kitchenette, no utensils,no tools) 3) Bathroom doors were non-lockable. Utility water flow was very very slow which is not enough for toilet nor for bathing. 4) Food was above average. 5) Swimming pool water was not circulating. Too much chlorinated water was tasting like sea-water. 6) after 10pm in night, out of 5 villas, 1 member was shifted to another villa due to temp. problem but that villa was also having same problem of AC. (Fan were working fine in that villa) 7) Theatre chairs were not comfortable but damaged so we could not enjoy the movie. (Good part: they changed the movie from their lists as per our choice). 8) Our money was almost a waste and we could not enjoy. We demand for the reimbursement to settle the problems we faced during our stay.
