Subject: Feedback on New Year Party Arrangements Dear [Hotel Manager/Team], We attended the New Year party at your hotel and truly appreciated the effort put into the arrangements. The decorations, music, and overall atmosphere were very good and created a festive mood. However, we would like to share some concerns regarding the food service: - Although snacks and food were complimentary, the quantity was insufficient. As soon as food was served, it was finished immediately. - There was no proper regulation or serving system—some guests were directly taking food from the bowls, while others were left waiting with empty plates. - Plates were not available in adequate numbers for all guests, which caused long queues and inconvenience. - Since we had a baby with us, waiting in line for a long time was particularly difficult, and we needed specific food to feed him. This affected our ability to enjoy the program. - Additionally, there was no telephone in the room, so we had to contact the reception every time for service, which was inconvenient. We understand that organizing such events is challenging, and we appreciate your efforts. However, we kindly request that in future events, food and snacks be arranged in sufficient quantity with proper serving rules, so that all guests can enjoy without discomfort. We enjoyed our stay at Osian safari camp, it was a great change of pace to the rest of Rajasthan. We enjoyed the outdoor nature of the place; however I should warn you to avoid Saturday/Sunday night as the intoxicated guests kept us up at night. However, it was a solid stay.

It was a homely stay with efficient arrangements and very polite staff who who are allrounders.

The safari camp Osian is raw unfiltered beauty of Rajasthan in a very affordable package, the camp is very well designed, has great facilities and a very helpful and friendly staff. They treat you like royalty camping in the desert for night. The food was delicious and they served everything with utmost care. They have a traditional Rajasthani cultural program after dinner and also a swimming pool to cool off. Camel rides upon request were a great experience too. We stayed in a room but they also offered traditional royal tents.
