We stayed there 1 night and it was one of the more expensive options. However, what you pay vs what you get is a big mismatch. Rooms are extremely small. The hotel seems very closed and claustrophobic. Restaurants are very overpriced. and the Fitness room has 1 machine – I don't think it should qualify as a fitness center. There is barely anything nearby in walking distance. You have to take a taxi into Kouba if you want to go to restaurants, cafés etc. I wouldn't come back to this one again.

I booked and fully paid for an Executive Room on September 28 for a stay on October 3. The reservation was made five days in advance and was confirmed. However, upon arrival at the hotel, the receptionist informed me that the property was fully booked and that they were unable to check me in. What made the situation even more disappointing was that, instead of offering any assistance or alternative solution, I was simply told to contact Agoda myself because the hotel could not do anything for me. This was supposed to be a very special stay, as it was my honeymoon. Unfortunately, what should have been a memorable and happy occasion turned into an extremely stressful and upsetting experience. I find it unacceptable that a confirmed and prepaid reservation could not be honored, especially when the booking had been made several days in advance. The lack of assistance from the Front Desk made the situation even worse. This experience completely ruined what was supposed to be one of the most special days of my life, and I am extremely disappointed with the way the situation was handled.
