Visited this hotel in Goa with my family and friends, while the stay was decent, I felt it lacked a certain charm that kids would love. The activities were pretty basic and didn't cater much to the younger crowd. The music was more trance-oriented, which didn't vibe with the kids. Given the demographic here is mostly families with kids, I'd suggest adding more kid-friendly activities and entertainment options. Maybe some fun poolside games, kids' DJ sessions, or rent float free for slides would make a huge difference. Overall, with a bit more focus on kids, this place could really shine! 3/5 stars.

good experience
staff at baby pool and ollie’s club was significantly rude. should add new and more buggies for beach. reception and restaurant staff is good. their all focus is on restaurants. overall because of services we enjoyed. not providing babies tubes. told us to buy from shopes if you need.

Relaxed and pleasant stay
The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, and super on top of all our wants and needs. Olga at the front desk was amazing! She had us feeling totally relaxed and welcome right from the second we arrived until we were checked into our room. The room was beautifully set up for our anniversary with balloons, decorations, and a cake! I really want to give a huge shout out to Sara from the front office and Moti from housekeeping for that wonderful gesture! The staff at the pool and in F&B were also just as attentive. Alana, Ankit, and their colleagues at the F&B counter (sorry, I forgot the other girls names at the counter!) were so prompt with seating us and taking care of everything we needed! The only issue during our stay was the chaos during dinner on our second night. The experience didn't feel premium, and the service and food were below par. I'm guessing it was probably just due to a high occupancy that night. But with this being a Luxury Collection resort, standards matter a whole lot more. That one thing aside, I still highly recommend this hotel. A lot of the seamless, perfect stuff goes unnoticed because it's just so well taken care of, and I really want to thank the whole staff for running things so smoothly. They made our stay feel totally relaxed and well worth it!
