Caspian Riviera Grand Palace Hotel

Good location for beach lovers. Spacious room with good amenities. Breakfast was average. And this was the first hotel where I had to wait for a room, even though it was already three hours after check-in time. I will not stay here again.

While the Caspian Riviera Grand Palace Hotel boasts a beautiful seafront location, the front desk and room management are a complete disaster. Upon arrival, my check-in process was incredibly slow. The front desk staff was hardly welcoming. Despite having pre-paid my booking in full through Agoda, the staff spent ages trying to figure out my booking and actually tried to double-charge me. When I finally got to my room, it was a complete mess—uncleaned, unready, and clearly not prepared for a guest. After going back down to confront them, they told me to wait for them to clean up the room while obviously there were other rooms available. Finally, the assigned me a second room. Unbelievably, when I dragged my bags all the way up to the new room, the key card they handed me wasn't even activated. Furthermore, for a luxury hotel sitting right on the beachfront, the layout makes no sense—there isn't even a direct exit from the hotel to the waterfront path. You expect seamless coastal access at a property like this, but instead, you get bad design and logistics. For a hotel of this caliber, having to fight through double-billing, a dirty room, and deactivated keys just to check in is completely unacceptable. If you value your time and peace of mind, prepare for a headache.

海側の部屋とのことだったが、側面で、あまり海が見れなかった。この町はカジノの建設などでホテルの建設が盛ん。ただし、現状はあまり人はいない印象。ホテルはガラガラだった。周りに商業施設もないが、向かいにスーパーマーケットがあり、その奥の団地エリアにレストランも探せばある。町の中心エリアとは言えない。
