Belstay Milano Linate

도심까지 들어가는데 상당한 거리가 있음. 국내선 공항만 가까움. 호텔 안에 전기주전자도 없었음. 시설은 많이 아쉬움

Great for before or after catching a flight. Except for the shuttle drivers, the staff of reception needs more personality training. A smile doesn't cost anything and can make a huge difference

Not well maintained. Smelled like a glorified “air freshener “ factory. I was in Room 22 on first floor and hard to describes the fragrance or floral smell. My suspicion is they were trying to mask an odor. It was so strong not only in the hallway, but in my room. Secondly the heating system in the room did not work and the only type of bedding was layers of white sheets on the bed. I adjusted the thermostat and it continually blew cold air. The property is dated. The bathroom especially the shower enclosure showed signs of rust and was very dated. Shuttle to and from airport is unreliable. Called after arrival, female employee at reception said colleague would be there in 15 minutes. After 30 minutes called again, gentleman at reception said driver circled or circling, I asked if their shuttle was marked with their name and was told yes. I stood out by the pick up area from the time of my original call to the female reception attendant telling me it would be 15 minutes and then van NEVER circled. The only good thing was the female server in the restaurant and her hustle. The food was okay, nothing exceptional, but service from the female server, impeccable. The guy who worked reception overnight and ordered my early morning cab was prompt and accommodating and cab was there on time when I went to reception. I truly think this place should be shutdown or inspected by Italy Health authorities. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

We stayed for 3 nights and it was fantastic experience. Sparkling clean rooms and very accommodating staff.
