Pros: Good hotel at great silent place in the lap on nature 1.5 hours from Pune. Rooms were spacious, clean and well maintained. Room was 1BHK, have well equipped working kitchen, comfy bed and spacious bedroom, clean washroom. Staff was courteous, prompt and helping nature. Good food options in market area. Others are costly and not so good as they don’t seem to have consistent business. Seems Lavasa business runs mainly on weekends and holidays. Cons: Lavasa is now Ghost city, many abandoned buildings, surviving due to Christ university students. Street lights are not working at many places. Nights you may feel unsecured. Conference room was ill maintained, filthy smell. Lavasa and this hotel is Not for business meetings. One who loves silence and want to spend family or even solo time in peaceful silent place with nature must come here. I feel so bad for the local people who might have sacrificed their land for jobs but now heard are struggling with delayed and low payments. Government should bring some business or schools to put it back on track.

About the place itself, the rooms were very clean — we had the suites. The view was beautiful and the room was cozy and comfortable. The staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The managers go out of their way to help you out as well. I would highly recommend the resort. The township of Lavasa is a bit of a sad story of what it could have been with the vision. I have been there in the past and it’s sad to see how it’s battling in the post-COVID era but the scars are there. It would be great to see this place in its glory again.

Hotel is good, nicely clean and maintained. But the surrounding and Lavasa is not happening place. Almost all shops are closed. Adventure Park is closed other fun games are also closed...

We stayed there for one night. check-in and check-out was smooth and the counter manager upgraded us to a suite option seeing my aged parents as the studio apt i had booked had no elevator..the location is as advertised (facing the promenade) and clean rooms n toilet..sadly Lavasa in itself is a ghost city so nothing much to do there..good for just a day or max one-night trip..complimentary breakfast at the ground floor Diner is Indian fare and only ok-ish..recommend the foodcart just a few steps away-Anna Dosa and Honey's diner for really good food
