Overall is good and enjoy trip! We was go during Christmas the weather there is raining and current very strong. Value for money. Food is very salty and not very nice. I’m very disappointed for the Christmas Gala dinner as the price USD 200 per person but the food not worth it. We booked the Dolphin Cruise but was cancelled due to not enough people(Min 8 pax) , I feel the resort must more fixable for this maybe can the guest top up more money to make the trip on ? Cause the session is not everyday the next session we already left the island couldn’t join it. Also resort will provide House Slef Snorkeling everyday first day we wanna booked but is limited seats and all occupied. End up we snorkeling nearby the beach we was seeing a lot of fish and coral even we saw little shark!!!!

It might not be the newest resort or the resort with the best facilities, but most of the staffs there served with passion. Laid back island with plenty of space to roam around. Never once feel packed or crowded even when tenancy rate is almost 100%. Rooms will need to be refurbished soon due to the its age and would be if the water pressure for shower is much higher.

The room and facilities are clean! The service is excellent ! Food is good with variety. There are also free events to entertain. Absolutely worth the price!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Cocoon Maldives for five days, and I cannot express enough how remarkable my experience was. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the warm and welcoming host, Hassan, whose friendliness and helpfulness truly made my stay exceptional. First and foremost, the island itself is a true gem. The pristine white sand beach stretches as far as the eye can see, inviting you to indulge in the beauty of nature. The lagoon villa we booked, facing the breathtaking sunrise, was nothing short of perfection. The all-inclusive package provided excellent value for money, ensuring that every aspect of our stay was taken care of. The staff, without exception, were incredibly friendly and eager to cater to our every need. One of the highlights of our time there was spending evenings at the bar, engaging in lively games of snooker with the staff. The range of activities offered at Cocoon Maldives was simply outstanding. From aqua aerobics to salsa classes, there was always something exciting to engage in. Each day brought a new adventure, and I couldn't help but feel a sense of pure joy and exhilaration throughout. The dining experience at the Octopus Restaurant, included in our AI package, was enjoyable. We appreciated the diverse food options available, with different themes each night, which allowed us to explore new flavors and enjoy some variety. Additionally, we were delighted to be treated to a special honeymoon dinner, which added a romantic touch to our dining experience. The cocktails served at the bar were also wonderful. One of the highlights of my stay was the dolphin sunset cruise, for which I gladly paid extra. It was an unforgettable experience witnessing the playful dolphins in their natural environment. The view of these majestic creatures gracefully swimming in the beautiful lagoon was a sight that filled my heart with joy and gratitude. Maldives is a paradise,everybody knows.But people in this hotel are really exceptional,as we read before.Such kindness you cant pretend,its natural.Our host Munni became a real friend with whom to talk was pleasure and interesting to share views.Everybody in restaurant was kind.Food was good,some not so,as some food was too salty for us,but you found things what you liked.Some times they made us also special curries which we liked.Breakfast was mostly English what is not our favourite,we would like more local food.We never eat beans and sausages at breakfast.But the pastries were so good and the best croissants!Coffee from machine also good.Dinners were usually the best,thematic every night different.Most we liked Maldivian and Indian.Good fruits,I also got mangosteen,my favourites,some time and red bananas.Pity,that not all time.But ananas,papaia,watermelon were presented all time.Very good desserts,especially mousses.And tuna fish,crabs,calmar rings..such things were very good and you dont get them everywhere.Thank you all for your nice service! Not so good for us but was the mosquito problem,there were many and also sand flies,very tiny,you cant see.We got a lot of bites and my husband has to see also doctor because the bites were so itching and bad.They sprayed but should do more .Also the sea has corals and stones in bottom what we didnt know.But everything else was nice and we already miss Cocoon!
