PRO: The staff are very nice, polite & helpful. This hotel is only within walking distance to the big hotels such as Armada & PJ Hilton. The train station is also a walking distance. The room has a nice layout, big glasses & cleanliness. It also provided a water dispenser. There are lots of shops such as fast food 24h, grocery 24h & Mamak restaurant CON: Customers are alone at night. The front desk closed at 7pm. It is a risk if u have something bad happen. The car park is quite limited b'se it is a public park. To more parking, go to the back hotel. Use your T&G or credit card. The lamp for the hotel signboard was burned. It may be overseen if you are looking from the main road.

Excellent as always.
As always, all is good except this time the tv in our room didn't connected to satellite channel. Staff can't solve the problem so we have to endure the local channwls for the whole stay.

The front desk is closed at night.Few eateries surrounded the hotel.Parking is annoying where a few lots at the front of the hotel where u need to purchase ticket.If u don't have the parking Apps,you can buy at the Mart beside the hotel by giving ur vehicle number.I got my car parked exactly Infront the hotel and never move for 2 days.I used grab if necessary.The worst case at night,you can't get parking at all coz there's a few bars around and they're car been parked till early morning.You can't look for any staff a nite for any need.The main entry door will lock at night and you have to use the room access card to in and out.

Some facilities are broken and need to be improved.
Currently, after 7 pm, the counter service will be closed. Guests who are late must go to the restaurant next door to register and get their room card. Basically it's pretty clean, except that the toilet exhaust fan doesn't work and the water pressure is sometimes unstable, high and low. The area around the air conditioner was full of dust, and so were the wallpaper and picture frames. There are free water dispensers and irons placed in the corridor for people to use. There was no hair dryer available in the room. Apart from the above problems, it is generally quite comfortable and has good value for money.
