What you get is best for medium (upper meduim) business hotel. This venue has been improving every time since renovation. It's the betteer option in town as you have only two more with indoor pool all year around.An absolute a must go in Burgas. (Some also recommend Dock5 and Primoretz, but I stay at Bulgaria it fits me better)

Hotel is renovated and clean but looks cheep. Towels looks not white anymore and super thin. For the price we paid, could be added a bit more touch for the guests. Breakfast wasn’t bad - hood options Stuff was nice and polite. Air conditioner couldn’t be controlled - was too hot in the room during our stay

We spent four nights at Hotel Bulgaria in Burgas, and for the most part, our stay was excellent. Our room was spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding, with a great selection, and the restaurant staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Most of the front desk staff were also professional and accommodating. Unfortunately, two of the desk clerks were noticeably dismissive and seemed uninterested in helping guests. One of them even rolled her eyes at me, which was surprising and unprofessional. Their attitude did not reflect the high standard of service we experienced throughout the rest of the hotel. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel, but management should address the customer-service attitude of those two staff members.

I am Bulgarian and I was searching from the UK where to stay in Burgas- to be central, to have SPA and to be close to the sea garden because we are traveling for a concert there. This location is everything you need guys- you are literally in the city center, where the night life goes on and goes on; close to the shopping streets, cafes, restaurants and for 5 -7min walk you are to the beach and the Sea garden. The breakfast was solid- there is English breakfast, pizza, local food with real cheese and banitza, lots of fruits. Amazing view from our floor! I really was enjoyed by one of the waitress who even didn't ask me if I was finished with my breakfast but very quickly collected my plate as soon as she noticed me I stopped eating for a while…Probably she decided I have eaten enough 😁 Also, there is what to expect more from the SPA center - nobody explains that the Salt room is paid (18 leva per hour; 9 pounds approx.) , or there is a cafe inside in the SPA center but nobody serves… But whatever, everything else is perfect!
