We went in the fall and it was a beautiful area. The resort was nice. The room was a little outdated and old and the waterpark had some closed attractions, but the kids had fun because we were one of the very few people there and had the park to ourselves. We didn’t get to see any movies at the theater but I thought it was cool that was an option. The arcade was fun and they had a bowling alley! The breakfast buffet was great, loved the mimosas and make your omelette! There were some elevators out of order but the staff was super helpful in getting our bags to our floor. Overall a great trip for one or two nights!

The minute I got to the check in desk all the staff were friendly. Check in & checkout were easy. The outdoor z& indoor pools were great. The beach at the lake was nice. The room we stayed in was clean & comfortable. I would go back in a heartbeat 💗

Our room was damp when we arrived. As we unpacked our things, we noticed the carpet by the window was soaking wet and got progressively wet. The AC was leaking and we were told that we needed to switch rooms. Our refrigerator didn’t work. There was water damage under the sink beside the refrigerator and water damage stains on the front of the cabinet by the sink beside the refrigerator. The waterpark was horrifying with how dirty the slides were and the little playground area wasn’t even open. It was disappointing that none of the restaurants were other than the grill. The waterpark didn’t open till four on Friday despite the literature on the Internet saying that it opens from 12 to 8 on Fridays. I would never recommend this place to anybody the way it is, though the staff was lovely.

This place could be amazing if it was taken care of. Our room was nice but it needed a portable air conditioner because this place doesn’t have air conditioning. The buildings, pool and amenities are either in bad shape or not working at all. We had to request towels multiple times. No cleaning supplies for the kitchen in our room.

Visit here for the holidays so the little ones can enjoy the indoor water park, the waterpark only opened on Christmas and the only thing that was opened was the lazy river, they had signs up for breakfast and we got downstairs and wasn’t no breakfast the section was closed lights out, chairs still on the tables, also the first room they gave us had no windows, so we tried turning on the ac to cool down the room because it was hot and stuffy……did that and it was turning on the heat, it became a sauna at this point, called for maintenance to come see what’s wrong, only for him to get upstairs to say the ac don’t work in the closed in rooms so will need to turn the ac system off and keep the room door open for air 🤦🏾‍♀️ The elevator was out the entire time…….
