호텔 싱클레어 리트리트 두아스

Beautiful resort on the lap of the nature surrounded by tea plantations. Swimming pool and children park is great attractions. Service is excellent.

hotel is poor;y managed and run. bathrooms have sewage smell, room fan switches dont work, Intercom phones with reception at most time dont work, too many monkeys in the complex and outside the rooms sit out areas, the room walls are damp from bathroom seepage.. A big disappointment. Only positive feature was the efficient and courteous service in the main dining area by ms.Seema.

A good place & we had a lovely holiday. Special thanks & personally happy to have had Mr Jaidev - an excellent Chef with his exceptional courtesy & importantly the exemplary behaviour of the Property Manager was remarkable

We visited Sinclairs Retreat Dooars for a family vacation and it turned out to be the perfect getaway from city life. The location is absolutely stunning—surrounded by tea gardens, forests, and the gentle hills of the Dooars. The property is large, beautifully maintained, and ideal for families with kids who need space to run around and explore. Our rooms were spacious, clean, and offered beautiful views. The staff was friendly and made us feel at home, especially with our child. The food was delicious and had a good mix of local and Indian dishes. There were plenty of activities to keep everyone engaged—nature walks, a swimming pool, indoor games, and even cultural programs in the evening. It’s a great base to explore Gorumara National Park and nearby attractions, and at the same time, a destination in itself to relax and reconnect as a family.
