When we arrived then came to know that our booking was not updated in their system however they managed to find a room for us. No welcome drinks were served. Fruit cocktail, milkshake and iced chocolate was not tasty - too light, not worth the price. We ordered slushy, it was just tasteless.Didn't liked the fish used in fish n chips menu - fish was tasteless. The rooms were not 100% cleaned. Overall the staffs are friendly with Bula smile. The location and view are great. Loved the environment.

1. Good location 2. Peaceful and reserved 3. Great for pet owners if they want to take their pets - this is the best 4. I would recommend guests to take their own Morten spray just in case as the location is next to sea and roadside. Idea is nature is preserved and bugs/inserts might get into the rooms due to light. Hotel doesn't offers Mortien and there is no where you can buy it if you require this at night as shops close around 5pm in Rakiraki 5. Food & beverage option offered is limited at the hotel and bit pricey as well. 6. Overall - staff and room conditions is good.

Excellent location and one iof the best priced hotels in that region. My only niggle wpould be their in house pricing for food and beverages. Food was of a standard fare and could be more reasonably priced for that.

Staff were friendly and polite. Nice location. I was really glad I booked the hotel until the karaoke started at 9pm on the first night. The noise pollution and the lack of proper sleep completely ruin our stay. Only on the third night did we get any sleep. The manager expressed on the 1st morning it was a one off, but we were subjected to another night of it. We went for peace and quiet but had the opposite experience. We were in rooms near the pool, so if you do book, request rooms away from the pool.

What stood-out to me was the culture of everyone who works there. Everyone is very personable and the owners are very engaged and ensuring that your experience is wonderful. It's a very peaceful and beautiful location.
