Hotel looks royal, but quite expensive considering room condition. Bathroom is leaking unclean, no Fridge in a 4000 rs room. Cutlery are inferior quality. Staff are not well trained. stray cat is roaming all around the hotel and is the one which welcomes in the hotel gate instead of a security guard or bell boy.Asked to checkout sharp at 9:30 am in the morning. Got my car windshield damaged at the parking lot.Restaurant sofa seating arrangement is not good for food arrangement.

Excellent stay. Highly recommended.
We checked into the property on October 11. The property is located on the outskirts of the town in a quiet location. The checkin process was smooth and we were quickly assigned our rooms. There is a good safe ample parking available at the property itself, so you don't have to worry about the safety of your personal vehicles. We checked out the next day after having breakfast. The breakfast was tasty and had decent number of options at par with some other properties in this class. The staff overall was very helpful and polite. The rooms were clean and decently maintained. Overall, a pleasant stay and would recommend this property for anyone looking for a quick stay with decent budget in Sambalpur.
