I truly enjoyed the short stay of 3 days/2nights at Natra Bintan. The best part is the hospitality of the well trained staff on how they react, respond and take action to every single guest proactively. The only downside if you are travelling with small children was restroom because it is outside and hot, humid and the floor is slippery though anti-slip paint was added due to wear-and-tear. So those with diapers will have a hard time washing the child and also with showers with no bathtub. Also, if you stay in restroom for long, there will be lizards and mosquitos which is common in this area but maybe not common for foreigners from different part of the world. The place is family friendly, for sure but not child/baby friendly due to this outdoor restroom and its facility. even the Shower water faucet is retro style that you need to adjust with 2 hands for cold/hot water. The basin is so small and high and even for me as an adult, I had to tip toe for gargling/brushing teeth. In terms of service, it was absolutely wonderful and whenever we called buggy, they were very swift except for heavy rain time. During heavy rain season, they need to prepare more rain-proof buggies so people are not stuck to go out for breakfast, lunch, activities. One time we waited for 25 minutes due to heavy rain because they had limited number of buggies with rain cover. This should be applied for all buggies in my view.

Great for family but not with very young children

The service staffs are excellent. From checking in till we check out. The over all experience was fantastic with the warm and welcoming service from the staffs. House keeping and restaurant were good as well.

Extreme fun for groups of families w kids
Conveniently 5 mins from the ferry terminal. Just full day of eat drink me water-sports with the kids. Perfect for 3d2n , not too long.

Rather easy stay with the property, spacious clean and most items provided. Only issue, there is only one restaurant patio, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Quite a variety of food choice for adults but kids got bored of the items after day 2
