This hotel might look clean & tidy inside however it is a dilapidated shithole in the middle of a forest. There is no lock on the front door so for a woman travelling alone there was no way I was willing to stay there. I felt unsafe. Neither Agoda or the hotel would take my concerns seriously & lied that I sent no photos. I will pursue my request for a refund via PayPal. The customer service is a disgrace & the hotel is only worthwhile if you are not bothered by broken windows, a non functioning front door, a deserted building & a location that leaves you totally at risk. Avoid.
