The cottage is clean and comfortable. There is one sharing shower room which is also clean. They have bathroom in the cottage, so no need to go outside at night. Parking is available. The dog and cat are super friendly. I feel so relax stayed here. And they have shared kitchen too.

The accommodation is lovely and cosy! There is a toilet in the accommodation so it was convenient as we wouldn’t have to leave our room just to use the toilet. Unfortunately, the toilet clogged as I’ve been eating too much Icelandic delicacies. However, we were lucky that the owner came in to our rescue during the night and fixed the toilet bowl. We felt bad and at the same time were full of admiration for the owner’s bravery and efficiency. Even though the room isn’t big, there is sufficient space to sit, stand, move around and put our luggage (2 haversacks and 1 cabin sized luggage). We used the hot tub in the morning and it was really comfortable despite the cold weather. Seems like it’s a good place to see northern lights when the weather is good. While there is only one shower, there is a maximum of three rooms available each time, hence the queue to shower was not long for us. We only had to wait for one person who was showering when we wanted to shower. The shower room is spacious and warm, and there are bathrobes provided. Do note that there is no toilet bowl in the shower room. Shared kitchen was relatively well equipped and spacious.

A cute cottage with a comfy bed. It's a lovely and serene place to stay. While the cottage may appear small, it's suitable for a night's stay for a couple.
