• 1️⃣ This is a homestay, and guests are required to collect the access card from the mailbox area (no reception available). Self check-in instructions will be sent one day before your arrival. Please return the access card to the designated location during check-out.

• 2️⃣ Free parking is not provided. Secure paid parking is available on-site: RM3.00 for the first 2 hours, RM1.00 for each subsequent hour, or a flat rate of RM15 per day. Payments can be made via Touch ‘n Go, CreditCard or Apps.

• 3️⃣ If arriving by cab, you can access the property through the Sunway Pyramid Hotel lobby.

• 4️⃣ If driving, you may park your vehicle at the Sunway Pyramid Hotel basement parking.

• 5️⃣ Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the premises, including the balcony. A fine of RM500 will be charged if there is any evidence of smoking upon check-out.

• 6️⃣ Parties or group gatherings are not allowed. Evidence of such activities will result in a RM200 fine.

• 7️⃣ Check-out is by 12:00 PM. Late check-outs are subject to availability and will incur a fee of RM50 per hour.

• 8️⃣ For security reasons, we cannot accommodate baggage storage before check-in or after check-out.

• 9️⃣ Please ensure all dishes are washed and kept clean after use.

• 🔟 Dispose of garbage daily in the refuse room outside the unit to prevent pests such as cockroaches, ants, and worms.
