I stayed there for 2 nights. I asked for an early check-in and they said they would try their best. I reached Sylhet at 6 AM and as soon as I arrived at the hotel they allocated me a room. The room was nice but I think the positioning of the room is not great but I think it is a manageable. The good part is there is a tub which made my day. Hot water is available. As soon as i call for room service, they arrive instantly. Food was average and in the breakfast, there were few items. The only thing i was disappointed their AC was not working properly and it was making a loud sound which hampered my sleeping. Otherwise, it is a great hotel compared to the price.
