WORST
It is cheap, but the corridor outside my house is dark as hell at night , i came for a meeting here so i wanted to leave my gf in the house when i leave for meeting , but endup i cannot even leave her alone because it look soo haunted just like the picture i posted here , and when i asked the units customers service , they never reply me for this, i stayed 2 days(booked earlier and i know its not a easy process to cancel and getback full refund) , i asked my question when i checked in and they only replied when i checked out after 2 days, at this point this is not customer service ,

Partially luxurious stay
The room was quite clean, looks luxurious and spacious. kitchen, dining and living hall at lower floor, and the open bedroom upstairs. The instruction for check in and check out is clear, just that you have to go through the process with deposit RM 200 just for a night stay. Carpark is not free, just RM 4 during my stay. Have microwave, fridge and water kettle. No bottled water. Can buy at store at G level. I have to find toilet tissue in one of the cupboard. Lift area is a bit gloomy. Can improve on the cleaning side.

Precedure and not as expected
Too many of procedures and the condition not as expected in the picture. Maybe they should do some improvement and the people will happy even pay slightly higher than the current price.

Deposit not refunded in full
I had to deposit Rm200 just for a night stay, after paying Rm183 for a night stay in d apartment. Only Rm100 was refunded without any explanation or justification. Management not very communicative. Rude and unresponsive to query....
