From moment of arrival, with a complicated check in screen to the bad odour and filthy dusty room it was an awful experience. We called manager, as no one was present, he screamed on the telephone becoming increasingly agitated he eventually moved us to another room from 205 to 109. It wasn't better but didn't have the bad odour. We were booked for 2 nights but we're nervous/anxious about staying another night. We contacted Agoda and asked him to not tell manager we were leaving as we were frightened. We had to find another accommodation in a nearby village. Very bad experience. We since heard from others in village that the attitude aggression was not unusual.
