Panorama Resort

This is a nice place, a short and hilly walk out of town, but the hill gives you a great view and welcome breeze when you get there. Everything was nice and the staff were super friendly. Lots of outside seating options with a pool bar selling drinks and ice cream. We stayed in a junior suite which was insanely large and very comfortable, would recommend if it's available.

We booked this property for one night through Agoda for two adults, one child, and one pet. The only positive part of our stay was the young man at reception upon arrival. He was polite and welcoming. Unfortunately, everything after that was disappointing. The room looked nothing like the photos on Agoda. The furniture was old and worn, the trash bin inside the cabinet was broken, several window screens had holes, and the floor, balcony, and bathroom were dirty. I paid €*** expecting a room similar to the one advertised, but what we got was far below expectations. Breakfast was served from 8:30 to 10:30. We arrived at 9:55, yet most of the food had already run out. A properly managed hotel should continue replenishing the buffet until breakfast ends. There weren’t even any clean plates or glasses available, and we had to ask for them. The worst part was the check-out. Our Agoda reservation clearly stated that pets stay free of charge and that there were no additional mandatory fees to be paid at the property. Nevertheless, we were asked to pay €10 for our pet and an extra €5 environmental tax. I refused to pay the pet fee because it was never mentioned in the booking. I unfortunately paid the €5 tax, but after checking my reservation again, I realized it clearly stated that this fee was already included in the amount I had paid. When I asked for a refund, the staff refused. One receptionist became extremely rude, accused me of trying to avoid paying, and insisted that their Expedia booking conditions were different. That is not my problem. I booked through Agoda, and the terms shown in my reservation are the only ones that matter. Any discrepancy between Agoda and Expedia is the property’s responsibility, not the guest’s. When I said I would mention this experience in my review, the receptionist sarcastically asked, “Are you threatening me?” Misleading photos, poor cleanliness, an inadequately managed breakfast, undisclosed charges, and rude staff completely ruined our stay. I would not recommend this property to anyone.
