Overall: 8/10 Check-in: The staff lacks communication. - just Whatsapp / can't call - not good - all things need to be asked first and answered slowly. - no effort to make it easy for customers - unfriendly - have to pay a deposit before getting the key - this must be stated in the advertisement first for the customer's knowledge Facilities: Fan - sounds - please take action TV - Ok - channel device problem (maybe) - need to prepare a new device that can be used WIFI - please give to customer a.s.a.p before/when check-in - don't let the customer ask you Check out: staff informed that night - good morning again reminded - good Refund: same day - check-out - good Conclusion: Everything is OK and can be better I wish. Please be more friendly with your customers. Treat your customers well and you will gain more.

apartment located at the center of cyberjaya. lots of eateries (local, western, fusion, korean, fast foods etc) in the compound area, grocery store, vape shop etc. facility like infinity pool.

Surrounding:- just walking distance to various of shop and eateries. nice ambience for ootd. Self check in & instruction everything will be send to you via Whatsapp. Room spacious and clean.

place is not really clean. does not provides wifi especially there is no mobile coverage. really hard for people travelling in group since only 1 access card is available.

I book through agoda. It was overated . First timer: no clue at all. I put an effort to look for number to contact.once contact, was told not to call..only what's app .ok sure.. Waited and waiting for nx step for check in.. I have to pay deposit online to get nx step/key and Instruction..it took me minutes to handle this..not so convinient and initially not confident to do so , scared of scammer.. Determined to do so after thinking small children to handle and need to check in..after waiting, then we got instruction for collecting key at level 2.. After that we have to follow video to go to parking..I was dark and nobody down there at basement, very horror and clueless as the instruction was very confusing.. We decided to look for security and asking them..they advised me to parking level 2 near security as it was more convinient.. Almost 2 hours then we checked in ..the room was ok in terms of space, and amenities..but lots of thing need to be improved interns of cleanliness (very poor), toiletries (no soap at all), floor (sticky and found hairs) Management should take this serious- the window was unlocked- dangerous for children), the wire from plug at stairs not properly sealed..please do improve for other customers.. Overall, location was good with good access to mall/food and activies, properties overall just fine and cleanliness really disturb your mind..that's it..
